Essential Duties:
- Replaces partial or total loss of natural teeth by constructing partial or full dentures.
- Follows doctors’ written orders and instruction.
- Communicates with colleagues and managers in a prompt articulate manner.
- Restores natural teeth and corrects dental irregularities by manufacturing fixed or removable.
- Works closely with quality control specialists and addresses all issues regarding the quality standards.
- Follows the quality standard protocol.
- Recognizes and reports problem cases or cases that need additional prep work.
- Follows-up on specific requests made by the dentists on a particular case.
- Works independently or seeks help if needed.
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficient in English verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and compose written materials with proper English grammar and punctuation.
- Reliability, dependability and flexibility.
- Communicates effectively and works cooperatively with colleagues, management and other departmental representatives.
- High familiarity of QC standards, procedures and applicable techniques.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to do precise and detailed work; ability to concentrate.
- Creativity for form and design.
- Multi-task oriented.
- Problem solving abilities.
- Time management skills.
