Dental Ceramist
Join Shikosha Dental Lab - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a full time position in our ceramic department.
This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits, including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; and 401K. Regular hours are from 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.
$2,500 Sign-on Bonus will be paid after 120 days of employment.
Essential functions and skill requirements:
● Preferred experience as a ceramist: 5 years
● Read and interpret dental restorations to client's specifications on RX
● Experience with PFM, PFZ, emax and FCZ
● Experience with anterior and implant cases, larger cases, and full mouth cases.
● Custom shade taking and consultation with patients
● Diagnostic wax up
● Ability to meet tight deadlines while consistently producing quality restorations
● Communicate case planning throughout lab departments
● Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
● Must possess team building skills and communicate with all other departments throughout the organization
● Ability to work on multiple tasks and complete them by following strict timelines
