Crown & Bridge

Shikosha Dental Lab fabricates high-quality products that range from metal-based and all-ceramic crowns to removable appliances, implant restorations, and advanced hybrid systems. At the forefront of digital dentistry, we accept all major STL files from intraoral scanner systems such as 3Shape TRIOS®, iTero®, Cerec-Connect®, and 3M™ True Definition.

Our Crown and Bridge Department has been a leader of fixed restorations in the U.S. and Japan from the advent of the PFM to the currently popular all-ceramic and monolithic crowns. Take a look at our products below to learn more about our popular and exclusive ZR100™ full contour zirconia crowns and the revolutionary cavity-fighting ORIGIN SmartCrown™.

Full-Contour Zirconia

Shikosha's exclusive ZR100™ Full-Contour Zirconia line features Classic, Premium, and High Translucency zirconia.

ZR100™ Classic

Classic full-contour zirconia is made with Argen HT+ multilayered 4Y material for high strength, quality, and esthetics. Ideal for both layered and monolithic single-unit restorations and bridges, our Classic zirconia allows for traditional custom shading techniques. For highly esthetic anterior crowns, we recommend the Premium or High Translucency options below.

ZR100™ Premium

Premium full-contour zirconia provides the strength and resilience needed to resist bruxism as well as high esthetic value. Ideal for both layered and monolithic crowns and bridges, Premium zirconia is available in all VITA shades.

ZR100™ High Translucency

High Translucency (HT) zirconia provides a level of strength and esthetic that is similar to Lithium Disilicate. An optimal choice for anterior crowns and bridges. ZR100 HT can also be used for onlays and is available in all VITA shades.

Pressed Ceramic

Lithium DiSilicate

High-strength lithium disilicate offers an exceptionally esthetic restoration with high translucency.

IPS e.max®

Designed with simplicity and versatility in mind, IPS e.max is a leader in metal-free esthetics and durability, offering high-strength material for both PRESS and CAD/CAM. The e.max all-ceramic system covers the entire spectrum of indications, from thin veneers to 3-unit bridges. E.max restorations exhibit a natural and realistic appearance.

Porcelain Fused Zirconia Core

ZR100™ Porcelain-Facial Crown

Our exclusive ZR100™ Full-Contour Zirconia with a porcelain facial.

ZR100™ PFZ Crown

Our exclusive ZR100™ Full-Contour Zirconia fused to porcelain.

LAZR™

Our exclusive porcelain-layered zirconia crown is similar to a Lava crown and offers the ideal solution for anterior crowns and bridges requiring a high degree of strength and esthetics. The CAD/CAM milled zirconia frame provides a precise fit, while Noritake porcelain creates an exceptionally esthetic and translucent crown.

3M LAVA™

3M LAVA™ crowns offer a precise fit, proven strength, and excellent esthetics.

Metal Crowns

PFM

Our Porcelain Fused to Metal crowns are fabricated with the highest-quality porcelain and metal. While a more traditional restoration choice, PFM remains a preferred choice for many clinicians due to its esthetics, longevity, and functional success.

FCG

Gold crowns continue to be a top choice for many clinicians due to their longevity, functional success, biocompatibility, and exceptional fit. Our yellow gold alloy meets ADA specifications for “noble gold” or “high-noble gold” and exhibits a beautifully rich color. We offer white gold options as well.

Other

Origin SmartCrown™

The interproximal fluoride releasing and recharging feature of the Origin SmartCrown™ creates both a Preventive and Restorative function built into one crown. Full-contour zirconia.

Diagnostic Wax-Up

Diagnostic wax-ups are an invaluable tool for prosthodontists, oral surgeons, and restorative dentists working with complex patient cases. Wax-ups are used to ‘preview’ the outcome of a dental procedure by simulating a 3-dimensional model of the end result.

PMMA Temporary Restoration

A PMMA Temp is a provisional, short-term restoration used to protect the underlying tooth while the final restoration is being fabricated. The temporary is CAD/CAM-designed to create an accurate tooth shape that protects the prepared tooth, prevents damage to the periodontal tissues, and disguises the prepared tooth until the definitive restoration is made.
