Our Removables Department offers the full range of removable options, from night guards to cast partial and full dentures. Our products are manufactured onsite in Portland, OR, so we’re able to provide same-day relines and basic repairs to local clients.

Removable Appliances

TCS® Flexible Partial Denture

TCS flexible partials are comfortable, natural-looking, high-quality dentures—and Shikosha is a TCS® Certified Dental Lab. Benefits of these flexible partials include:

Cast Metal Partial Denture

A metal framework and clasps connect securely and comfortably to your patients’ teeth. The strong metal base supports gum-colored material and natural-looking teeth, and materials may be combined with various attachment options and clasps for specialized comfort and custom, esthetic results.

Full Acrylic Denture

Our full dentures are fabricated with a revolutionary heat-cured, pressure-injected system for a natural look and precise fit. They are made with premium teeth Trubyte® IPN, Portrait, and Bioform, which follow four face shapes (Square, Square Tapering, Tapering, and Ovoid) to create a natural look and optimal comfort. The teeth exhibit enamel translucency, contrasting neck color, color blending, and a vital, natural appearance.

Flipper

A popular temporary or permanent solution for missing teeth, our acrylic flippers can be used as an immediate replacement for an extracted tooth or healing implant, and sometimes as a long-term solution.
